Our central Birmingham location offers easy access to a vast array of amazing local produce. So, from fresh fruit and vegetables to artisan cheeses, much of what we use is sourced directly from local farms.
Fruit and vegetables make up a very large part of our raw ingredients, and we look to source organic produce wherever possible.
Our menus for all our catered events, from weddings to corporate lunches, are shaped around the seasonal produce available at the time of the event. So there'll be roasted squash risottos in the autumn and crisp griddled Evesham asparagus spears in spring and early summer. Fresh, local, seasonal and delicious.
